This workshop will give you the tools to create a solid workout routine that will help you keep up with your kids, compete in the races or get after all the activities you want

Strength training has been shown to reduce injuries and is more likely to help improve function and performance in sports MORE than just stretching.
In this workshop you'll learn more about the why as well as how often and what exercises are important to do.
Strength and flexibility exercises do NOT need to be complicated. This workshop will help you keep it simple and do so in a way that will take minimal time.
