If your summer looked like more wine, more patio snacks, and a lot less routine — me too. I'm Laura Turner, PT DPT, and I'm doing this challenge right alongside you. Not starting over in January. Starting now, so the holidays feel good instead of like one more thing to recover from.
Your pace, your choice. Build Up adds new habits each week, or go All In and start everything on Day 1. You can switch anytime.
Everything in one place. Videos, workouts, checklist, and journal all live in the Move Better App.
Done for you. Use my ready-made workouts or build your own. No planning required.
Dry weekdays, not a hard stop. Real life, real goals.
Choose your path. Build Up: add a few new habits each week, following the plan below. All In: start every habit on Day 1 and use the weekly themes as your focus. Not sure? Start with Build Up and switch to All In whenever you're ready.
Week 1 (Oct 19) Fuel Up: water, protein, and a cup of veggies or fruit every meal
Week 2 (Oct 26) Cut the Extras: no sugary treats, no packaged snacks, dry weekdays (yes, Halloween week — we'll do it together)
Week 3 (Nov 2) Move: strength 2–3x a week, cardio 3x a week, +1,000 steps a week
Week 4 (Nov 9) Recover and Reset: mobility, a daily gratitude journal, screens off by 10pm
Week 5 (Nov 16–24) Lock It In: put it all together and cross the finish line
